About Mockova
Last updated Oct 6, 2026
Mockova is a help site for anyone who works with design mockups, run by Davut. It exists because the basics are surprisingly hard to find in one place: why a design looks blurry on a mockup, which layer you’re supposed to edit, whether a “free” mockup can be used for a client, or how to show a logo so a client says yes.
Every guide here tries to answer one of those questions properly, with steps you can follow while the file is open.
Who it’s for
- Freelance and junior designers who need to present work to clients and want it to look professional fast.
- Small business owners (bakeries, clothing brands, coffee shops, Etsy sellers) who want to see their logo or packaging on a real product before printing.
- Students learning Photoshop, Figma or Canva.
How we write
- Real steps, real tools. Tutorials use actual menu names, file types and export settings. When software changes, we update the article and show the update date.
- Honest opinions. If a free option is good enough, we say so. If something isn’t worth the money, we say that too.
- Clear licenses. When we recommend a mockup in a roundup, we say whether it’s free for commercial use, personal use only, freemium or paid, and link to the creator’s own page. Licenses can change, so always confirm on the creator’s page before using a file in paid work. Nothing on Mockova is legal advice.
- Original writing. Every article and description is written from scratch. We don’t copy creators’ product text or other blogs.
How Mockova is funded
Mockova is free to read. To cover hosting and the time it takes to test and write, the site may show advertising from Google AdSense. Advertisers don’t influence what we recommend or how we describe it.
